New heights

See Canterbury Cathedral as you have never seen it before! Get up close to the roof vaulting, 16 metres high above the floor of the Nave and marvel at the spectacular new views of the beautiful architecture of the Cathedral. During a tour, learn more about how the Cathedral was built and added to over the centuries from those who are working to enhance and conserve it today.

The KM Group has teamed up with the Cathedral to offer 40 lucky readers the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ride up in a lift to the giant safety platform on Wednesday, September 20 during an ‘Explore Your Cathedral’ event which, this year, focuses on the £24.7 million Canterbury Journey project.

You must be aged 16 or older to enter - and the tours, for which you will need to be comfortable with heights to enjoy fully, will be in the afternoon and evening. You will need to wear flat shoes and not sandals so that toes are covered. All safety clothing will be provided, including hard hats. For your chance to win, simply answer the following question:
