The glimpse into the world of the Pharaohs is on offer all summer long at the Royal Victoria Place in Tunbridge Wells, with a new interactive experience, Kids In Pyramids.

The Royal Victoria Place is the first shopping centre in England to host the free experience, and the first venue in Kent and Sussex to bring it to young visitors.

Open every day through the summer holidays from Saturday, July 28, it is aimed at children between five and 12 years old.

It’s a unique chance to go on an adventure where they will learn about life in ancient Egypt, be surrounded by iconic architectural elements and get involved in exciting games.

Children can dress up and head into the pyramids, dig in the sand searching for artefacts, find the key to the treasure room and learn about hieroglyphics.

They can also build their own small pyramids, climb on a Sphinx, decipher d the hidden codes - and have lots of fun with mummies. m

Want W a sarcophagus se elfie or your name written in hieroglyphs? Young visitors can do all that, as well as create Egyptian jewellery and earn about the famous Pharaohs and get creative colouring in at the Learn an nd Colour Zone, opposite Playworld on Level 1.
