Leaders Monument B maintained their 100% record in the Whitstable & District Darts League following an excellent 19-6 victory over their A side. Mike Cattell was the star for the victors with four wins and five 140s to keep them top of the table. East Kent Q are four points adrift in second-place and they kept up the pressure with a 15-10 win against British Legion B. Andy White recorded a 111 checkout as third-placed East Kent A defeated Labour Club A 20-5. There were two 180s for Pete Sage and one for Dan Jackson as British Legion A were 17-8 winners over Labour Club B. Two Brewers B secured just their third win of the campaign with an emphatic 25-0 success over East Kent X. Keith Saunders picked up five wins to fire Angling Club B to a 17-8 victory against Two Brewers A. East Kent C were 18-7 victors over Angling Club A, leaving the Anglers still in search of their first points of the season.

Defeat in their final game of the season confirmed relegation from the Premier Division of the Herne Bay Winter Darts League for Four Fathoms A. Fathoms’ 7-4 loss to Monument meant that Smugglers Inn B stayed up, despite their heavy 10-1 defeat to third-placed Angling Club. Clive Johnson and Jason Adby checked out on 124 and 120 respectively for the Anglers. Those results mean that both Fathoms A and B – who lost 9-2 to Divers Arms B – are relegated to Division 1. At the opposite end of the table, Smugglers Inn A entered the final week needing just a leg to confirm a top two finish and their 8-3 success against Golden Lion secured the runners-up spot. With their place as Division 1 champions already secured, Run of the Mill B ended their season with an 8-3 loss at home to Chislet Colliery Club. Andy Smith’s 121 checkout proved decisive as runners-up Tally Ho A won 6-5 against Huntsman & Horn A. Catholic Club secured an 8-3 victory against Run of the Mill A to leapfrog their opponents and finish in seventh. Tally Ho B failed to register a win as they rounded their season off with a 7-4 loss to Huntsman & Horn B.
