Time to start organising festive fun

-

Tis’ the season to be jolly! Mulled wine and mince pies are just around the corner, and now is the time to start organising festivities.

Memories are there for the making and there’s never a better time to celebrate than the Christmas season.

From office parties to family lunches, intimate dinners to a night out with friends, now’s the time to start planning.

Why not get creative and suggest a theme for your party – black tie, ballroom, fancy dress, 50s, 60s, 70s, or maybe Santa’s workshop.

Theming is key for venue decoration and letting everyone know what to wear. You could also ask the venue if you can decorate and then choose focal points of the venue to decorate. This could be the entrance, bar or table centres, and make a list of items that relate to your chosen theme and your dinner party guests can have fun with props.

It may feel like you don’t want to let go of summer, but the best venues get booked up fast. Make sure you get a date in everyone’s diary as early as possible.

So grab your glad rags, pop out the party hats and get ready to let the good times roll. Just don’t forget the mistletoe...
