Canterbury Harriers AC runner Alex Horsley (pictured) finished eighth in the Folkestone Rotary Half Marathon in a new personal best time of 1hour 27minutes 15seconds. Mike Denson and Daren Parris finished on the line together in 1:45:55. At the BMW Berlin Marathon Tom Millard finished just outside his PB in 2:32.19. At the ITU Aquathlon World Championships 2016 in Cozumel, Mexico, Yiannis Christodoulou came 28th in his age group, 30-34 years. The race was tough with high water temperatures of 31 degrees and air temperatures of 40 degrees.
