YOUNG EAGLES FEELING CHIPPER

The players of Canterbury Eagles FC are right to be happy – after a popular fish and chip shop sponsored their jackets. Peter Petri, of the City Fish Bar, agreed to give support to the under-8s team of the club, which has been going since 1979. Emma Grana, whose son Oliver-luis Grana-ines plays for the team, arranged the sponsorship. She said: “Peter is a great guy and the boys are happy with their new jackets.”
