Kind idea

People United, a city arts charity, is looking for people to help with a 24-hour fundraising marathon. Volunteers are needed to collect stories of kindness from Canterbury’s streets using photography, poetry, music, collage and writing. They will work with artists to then produce a magazine and money raised will be matched by the Arts Council. The marathon takes place at the Sidney Cooper Gallery in St Peter’s Street on Saturday, October 29. Email info@ peopleunited.org.uk
