Man arrested

A police dog unit was called to Bridge on Sunday after reports of a burglary in progress.

Seven patrols cars were also seen in the High Street after a property was broken into shortly before 8.30pm.

A car was stopped nearby and a 20-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident.

He has been released on bail until April 11.
