Drink-driver crashed
A drink-driver who careered into the central reservation of a dual carriageway has been banned. Lee Copeland, 29, was driving to Canterbury from Herne Bay when he crashed on the Thanet Way at Faversham on March 15. Tests revealed he had 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of his breath - the legal limit is 35. He admitted the offence and was disqualified from driving for 17 months, fined £105 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
