It was egg and spoons at the ready as hundreds of people turned out for a day of Easterthemed challenges at Goodnestone Park.
Youngsters took part in an egg hunt in the beautiful grounds near Canterbury on Saturday before competing in traditional games, including sack races.
Visitors even tried their hand at egg throwing – with some messy results – and competed in egg and spoon races.
There was facepainting for the little ones, as well as a barbecue and live music for families to enjoy throughout the day.
An estimated 500 people attended the event.
People were also able to explore the gardens and parkland, which was a favourite place of author Jane Austen, whose brother lived in a cottage on the land.
The gardens are open to the public from April to September.
