Canterbury Pilgrims

A second-half fightback from Pilgrims was not enough to earn them a place in the Kent Plate final as they lost 32-22 to Maidstone 1sts.

They found themsleves 17 points behind at the the break with Maidstone, by far the better finishers, scoring three tries.

With former Canterbury player Euan Caborn adding a conversion and a penalty goal, the gap was forrmidable.
