Book challenge

Struggling adult readers have a tasty challenge to get their teeth into thanks to the Bookbinders literacy initiative. Groups of individuals being supported by organisations including Porchlight and CXK are taking part in a competition to win a pizza night. The group that is top or most improved for reading or engagement with the Bookbinders scheme will claim the prize. Bookbinders is used by homeless charities and organisations supporting young people not in education or training, as well as parent groups linked to schools and community centres.
