Podplus 5k & 10k

Steve Tugwell, second in 37.25, and Mark Peacock, fifth in 38.25, both achieved personal bests in the Ashford Podplus Summer 10k while over 5k, Nicola Charlton was second female and 16th overall in 20.25.
