Family of missing girl desperate for her to get in touch

-

The family of a missing schoolgirl with links to Canterbury have been leafleting in a fresh bid to find her.

Abigale Spree, 15, was last seen at 10pm on Saturday, July 22, in Rainham, where she lives with her father Adrian.

Half- brother Jordan Dean, who shares the same mother as Abigale, said: “This is so out of character of Abigale. The police have contacted all her friends but there is still no news.

“She left her mobile phone indoors. Although she took her tablet, none of her social media sites have been accessed. That’s not like Abigale, she’s normally on Facebook, Messenger and Whatsapp all the time.

“The last time I saw her was on July 7, the day before my 18th birthday.

“It could be she has had an argument with someone, but we don’t care. We just care about her. All she has to do is send us a text or a message, even if it is just a full stop, so we know she is all right.”

Mr Dean spent Tuesday touring Sheerness with his friend Craig Jenkins, asking shopkeepers to display posters showing his missing sister.

Abigale has strong links with the Isle of Sheppey. She goes to the Sheerness site of the Oasis Academy and her mum lives in Sheerness.

Her mum Debbie Cornish said: “It doesn’t matter where she is or how far away she is, we just want her to let us know that she’s OK.”

Mr Spree said: “We are all worried sick about her. Her little brother and sisters miss her terribly. Everyone just wants to know she’s OK.”

Abigale also has links with Herne Bay.

If you have any information, call police on 101, quoting missing person reference 23-307.
