St Lawrence & Highland Court under11s have completed the double.

After winning the Canterbury Pharon Youth Division 1 League with a 100% record in their six matches, they have lifted the Boys & Maughan Under-11 Junior Cup.

Canterbury scored 93-8 in their 20 overs, with the wickets shared by half of the 10 bowlers used – Charlie Jain, Elli Upton and Robin Cox being the most economical.

In reply, Saints scored quickly at the start. They then lost two wickets to the pace of Owain Williams but a superb partnership between Brad Reynolds and Josh Julian proved decisive.

Julian retired with a match-winning innings of 31 not out, which included a six. Charlie Jain, Robin Cox and Caspar Barton-hodges knocked off the runs at the end to reach a winning total of 94-4 in 13.2 overs.
