Four hurt as car rolls on A2

Four people were hurt when a black Vauxhall Vectra swerved off the A2, careered over a verge and rolled onto its roof last Wednesday afternoon. Four of the five people in the car were taken to a London hospital, including a girl who was flown to King’s College Hospital, and remains in a serious but stable condition. The crash happened on the London-bound carriageway near Lydden at about 1.30pm. The road was shut in both directions to allow the air ambulance to land. It reopened at 5.45pm.
