Party time for the chimps

Hungry chimp Faye enjoys a face full of party food as she and six friends celebrated a year at Wingham Wildlife Park.

The seven-strong troop, who quickly got into the swing of their new surroundings after arriving from America, played with toys and tucked into their favourite treats. Agatha, Elvira, Faye, Fritz, Georgia, Lucas and Tara’s journey to Kent was not an easy one following months of legal wrangles over their export – but since entering their £1m home, they have been loving life and have so far proved to be a huge attraction.
