For just £2 return. Thursday mornings, the mini bus goes to Asda for a shopping trip. Starting at Hersden at 9.30am, both days and picking up residents homes en-route, or as close as possible. Contact Parish office to book a seat 01227 710443. Carols: The Salvation Army Band will lead the “Carols on the Green” at Westbere on Saturday December 22, 6.30pm if wet in Westbere Church. Brownies: A Christmas party with seasonal food, a quiz and Christmas crafts was held by the Brownies after a very busy term. The Crib service will be 4pm for children to hear the Christmas story and sing Carols. Early Midnight Communion will be 9.30pm with carols. On Christmas Day there will be a said Holy Communion at 8am followed by Communion with Carols at 10am.
