It is hoped to reopen the Church by Monday April 15. Services have been moved to other churches within the Benefice during this period. Sunday March 10, family communion service at St Giles Kingston, 11am. There is also a combined holy communion service for Barham and Adisham to be held at Adisham, 11am. Charity Night: A night of filmed racing, bingo and other ‘easy to play’ games in support of the Greenbanks Care Trust will be held in Barham village hall, Saturday March 23, 8pm. Cheese Tasting: As part of the fund raising for St Andrews Church a ‘Cheese Tasting Evening’ is organised for Friday March 22, village hall, 7.30pm. Tickets £8 per person, include many cheeses to taste, along with various breads and chutneys and pickles. At the end of the evening there will be an auction of the remaining cheeses, chutneys and pickles. Please bring your own drinks and glasses. There will also be a raffle.
