After feedback from visitors, designers at the Hamilton show home at Appledown Grange have given a revamp to the top floor, which has two bedrooms, a shower room and storage space. They’ve created a suite that any teenager would be proud of, complete with a very cool bedroom and chill-out room.

Sara Stanhope, of Jones Homes says: “Moving house is often motivated by the need for more space. Our show homes demonstrate how that space can be used once you have moved into your dream home. Since we opened Appledown Grange, the feedback on the Hamilton has been overwhelmingly positive, but it has also divided opinion.

“Our customers have made suggestions about how they would use the top floor, which has two bedrooms, a shower room and storage space. “A teenage bedroom and chill-out area was a popular idea, so we have decided to demonstrate how this could work.”
