Welcoming you too the Be body confident campaign, which is for women and same women and girls we should unite and not fight. I am here standing out painting young girls of all ages, it is here to show that body confidence can be a thing and my skin gives me so much pride I am showing the world who I am and not caring what that we do not need to hide away anymore. And you are wondering what all this is others think, we have hidden in the shadows to long now times are changing. about? Let me tell you who I am and why I started this campaign in January this year and why being yourself is most important of all. The aim of this campaign is to show as many as I can that we are worth more than we think, to have body confidence and self-love and be who we want to be because that I am a single mum of 3 a girl and 2 boys, I am an artist, Illustrato­r, a children`s author I is best of all, so it is time to stand tall. I already have women come forward for my be also study a full-time business degree at canterbury Christ church university. I also am body confident calendar which will be completed in the summer ready for Christmas, I trying to kick start my own small business called the rose gold gallery, I hand design all also have my new team of 3 lovely ladies that are here to help too and to get as much my own work from my books to the therapeuti­c products built around them. I enjoy my support as we can get. work which has taken a few years to build up but with every small business, the day will come when I can run it fully and be successful in my own right. We are hoping to host a fashion show on the Isle of sheppey my home, in the summer to show that being body confident has a new level to bring the community together as My passion has always been art and creativity from as young as I can remember, have well as working with them to put this together. We are looking for sponsors and funding, always loved going to craft fairs selling my work and making others happy with my as well as help to join the show whether it is just a small bit of support as a woman this work. I enjoy working with children/teenagers, as well as women building connection­s is a passion of mine to show others to be body confident, to be brave and step out. and relationsh­ips and being a woman ambassador has helped even more.

As a woman and a mum, I have always struggled with my appearance, and always If you feel you could support this campaign in any way big or small it would be hid myself away as much as I could with baggy clothes not trying to draw attention to amazing, we are looking for someone to open the fashion show, female dance groups myself which we all do at some point no matter who we are. Felt that the world was to be at the start of the show, models, hair/makeup artists. We are just starting off we watching me and judging me for who I am I have had all sorts of wars against my own do not have huge funds so it will be voluntaril­y basis, but you will get media coverage body, down to eating disorders and self-harm due to other events in my life too. for the support given.

In January, this year I decided to be brave and use my body as a canvas yes that Life is full of possibilit­ies I am who I am because I never gave up on my dreams and is right... I painted my own skin with all assorted colours and images, then posted goals. Body painting feels amazing I am more confident than ever and expressing who I them on social media to see how others would react and see something that is not to am is best of all. This campaign is here to help you to be braver, sexier and to stand tall well known. Body painting is known of, but it has not been used as I have used it for because we all like to dress for a ball. Always be you because no matter what we can body confidence and showing that a woman can be brave and step out from what is all shine through. expected of us. Times are changing for us all and as women and girls it is our time to show the world

I started this to boost my own self-esteem but to give a message that we are all who we are to show the next generation to love who they are to, and not to have a beautiful in our own ways no matter what we look like, where we come from, we are the war against ourselves show who you are because you are that shining star!!
