LAND ROVER has been ranked highest among premium brands in the J.D. Power 2017 UK Customer Service Index Study. The study looked at customer satisfaction levels at franchised dealerships covering five areas: service quality; service initiation; service advisor; vehicle pick-up; and service facility.
