WAR OF THE ROSES

JULY 14 – 16

With a history going back to the late 1980s the annual War of the Roses Weekend, and the War of the Roses event itself, organised by Red Rose Land Rover Club, is a unique event in the Land Rover club calendar. The weekend consists of a Tyro, RTV and CCV Trial. With the main event of the weekend, the War of the Roses, taking place on the Sunday, which is a mix of trial, winch, gymkhana and orienteering fought out between various Land Rover clubs. Camping will be at Cartmel Racecourse in Cumbria, which will be open from Wednesday July 12, with the action taking place nearby.
