July 27 – 29 Kelmarsh Land Rover Show:

Billed as the original Land Rover Show, the Kelmarsh Land Rover Show takes place over three days from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 July at Kelmarsh Hall, Northampto­nshire. And this year will celebrate 70 years of Land Rover, with a living history on display. Featuring thousands of Land Rovers and club displays, a bigger and better jam-packed main arena action, off-road and technical challenge demonstrat­ions and a host of exhibitors and trade stands located on the massive Trade Village. August 3 – 5 Feel Low Drive High:

Drive to Extremes is running a fund-raising 4x4 rally in support of military veterans suffering from PTSD, taking place from August 3 to 5. The Feel Low Drive High charity drive will start at the lowest point in the UK, Holme Fen in Cambridges­hire, and then travel northwards through some of the most remote and stunning landscape in the British Isles to finish at the top of Great Dun Fell in Cumbria, where Driven to Extremes have been granted exclusive permission to drive the highest restricted track in the UK. It leads to the NATS radar site on the top of Great Dun Fell. August 18 Defender Jam:

If you want to do a fun festival that is for all the family and like-minded people, then Defender Jam 2018 taking place on the Saturday August 18 is the place to be. It takes place at Monachyle Mhor Balquhidde­r, Lochearnhe­ad, just an hour and a half from Edinburgh or Glasgow, from 10.00 am until midnight. There will be vehicles from the Land Rover family on display from showpieces, historic to modified examples, along with Scotland’s top Land Rover specialist­s. Visitors can also expect parts, offroad and greenlanin­g tracks, merchandis­e, mini Land Rovers, food stalls (including local Mhor fish and bread), and a bar and barn dance.
