DETAILED data has been released which shows the impact Covid-19 has had across Leicesters­hire.

Where cases have been confirmed and where positive results have come from so far and infection levels at borough and district council are all included.

The latest data drop goes some way to explaining where certain areas are or aren’t in the Leicester lockdown area.

Data provided to the county council relating to cases confirmed up until July 4 shows where positive test results came from.

Pillar one cases are from swab testing in PHE labs and NHS hospitals for those with a clinical need, and health and care workers and pillar two results come from swab testing for the wider population.

Blaby: 475 cases - 235 pillar one 240 pillar two

Charnwood: 765 cases - 325 pillar one - 445 pillar two

Harborough: 360 cases - 180 pillar one cases - 185 pillar two

Hinckley and Bosworth: 525 cases - 270 pillar one - 255 pillar two Melton: 150 cases - 75 pillar one 70 pillar two

North West Leicesters­hire: 305 cases - 180 pillar one - 130 pillar two Oadby and Wigston: 400 cases 170 pillar one - 235 pillar two. Latest figures show the number of confirmed cases in the county’s seven districts and infection rates are as below. Details of where results are from not yet available:

Charnwood: 779 total cases. Rate per 100,000 population: 426 Harborough: 372 total cases. Rate per 100,000 population: 402 Hinckley and Bosworth: 530 total cases. Rate per 100,000 population: 471

Melton: 154 total cases. Rate per 100,000 population: 301

NW Leicesters­hire: 313 total cases. Rate per 100,000 population: 306.5 Oadby and Wigston: 414 total cases. Rate per 100,000: 725
