A COMPANY has used its time in lockdown to produce a recipe book to raise money for a charity.

Acquire Digital, of Scudamore Road, Leicester, produces digital signage software and interactive experiences.

But it has used its downtime to produce a downloadable recipe book in aid of Sunflowers, a self-funding support group run by volunteers for families with children under the age of five who have additional needs. It is based in Oakham.

Debbie Griffin, whose grandson attends the group, known as Sunnies, said: “I would like to thank everyone for all their hard work and awesome contributions.

“It’s an amazing support group and my grandson’s favourite place to go. As a totally self-funded group, the money raised will really help Sunnies and the people they support.”

Acquire Digital said: “We’d like to extend our thanks to everyone who has supported us, downloaded our cookbook and made a donation.”
