A JEWELLERY shop in Hinckley will not be reopening as the coronavirus lockdown eases.
The H Samuel store in Castle Street is shutting.
A spokesman for the group said: “Amid this challenging pandemic and fluid business conditions, we have accelerated a previous strategy to close some stores permanently, starting this month.
“We are contacting our customers, in order to connect them with any orders or repairs that may be outstanding from the store.”
The chain has introduced a Live Chat and Help feature on its website so customers can experience the service from the safety of their own homes.
Following the closure, the nearest H Samuel store to the town will be in Nuneaton.
