Super show for car fans
MOTORING EVENT INCLUDES TOP-END MARQUES
CARS classic and contemporary will be lining up at leicester Racecourse this weekend.
organised by leicester sports car enthusiast and YouTuber Shivam nathwani, 24, the free motorshow will bring a wide variety of brands to the trackside on Sunday, from 10am to 4pm.
Shivam, who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy started his “dream” YouTube channel during the pandemic while he was shielding.
He now uses a wheelchair and a breathing machine.
Since telling his story, Shivam has already brought a car show to his home village of Birstall this year, as well as being surprised by a luxury car convoy outside his home last year.
As well as the free area of show, there is also a lounge site which will showcase cars that cost more than £100,000.
There will be 200 super cars on display, with profits from the £5 access ticket going to the Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.
There is also the chance to pay for a meet and greet with motoring YouTuber TgE, as well as a funfair, Transformers, emergency vehicle demonstrations, 40 shopping stalls and 200 classic cars.
Shivamsaid: “After months of planning and support from dealerships across the county we bring to you the ultimate family day out this Sunday.
“i can tell you all with complete honesty this has not been easy and we have had many setbacks, together with support from those we look up to we have been blessed to put on a show for you all.
“we will do our best to make it a day to remember and we kindly ask for your support.”
