The Property A single-storey stone and timber house, just outside Lyon, France. It comprises a living/dining area, kitchen-diner, study, three bedrooms (all with dressing areas), three bathrooms and a self-contained apartment for guests. outside is a large paved patio area and a swimming pool for the summer months. LIVING/ DINING AREA ‘I always knew I wanted large windows,’ says Cécile, who had them positioned to divide the rooms and reflect the sunlight throughout the house. She chose large pieces of furniture to fill the space.
