STANDARD-SIZE DOORS

PIVOTING OPTIONS

Portapivot specialises in made-to-measure pivot doors. ‘A pivot door rotates around an imaginary vertical axis. With their size and movement, they can create truly impressive design statements,’ says Koen Dries, managing director, Portapivot. ‘Some refer to them as pivot doors, but we call them “pivoting room dividers”. And thanks to the innovative pivot hinges, they can be installed without the need for integrated floor mountings.’ From €2,000 – prices are for a finished door without VAT since this is country specific.

BESPOKE CREATIONS

If you want something unique then IQ Glass should be able to help. ‘Our internal glass door systems give the appearance of simple casement doors and only reveal their bespoke nature when opened,’ explains Carly Coren, marketing executive, IQ Glass. ‘The key advantage to installing glass doors internally is the transparent nature of glass, allowing light and views to flow freely through the space.
