saw around 24 vintage and classic tractors take to the roads in appreciation of the NHS.

Kidwelly Tractor Club started the run from Trimsaran to Carmarthen at 10am, which went through the streets of Kidwelly before re- emerging back onto the main road and onto Cwmffrwd where further tractors joined onto the convoy.

A loop down Bloahaul Road and into Pensarn was where the Carmarthen area tractor drivers were waiting and took to the tail end of the possession with their tractors.

It was then on to Glangwili Hospital where a loop around the back was made with some staff and patients waving them on from the canteen and some ward windows, from there the tractors headed up to Peniel and to the care home where a few residents were outside in their wheelchairs eagerly waiting for the tractors to pass, then on to Bronwydd.

A short run back to Carmarthen saw the drivers head down from the Old Oak past Richmond Terrace and Tesco then back up Lammas Street where the tractor drivers left each other and made their way back home.

Mike Evans from Trimsaran is pictured on his B414 International Tractor going over Kidwelly bridge.
