Kidwelly & Mynyddygar­reg in Bloom 2022 There will be four categories – best garden with frontage over 25ft; best garden with frontage under 25ft; best container garden; best hanging basket display. Competitio­n is open to all residents of Kidwelly and Mynyddygar­reg. Ty Golau The Ty Golau Dementia Charitable Trust Therapeuti­c group for people with memory problems meet every Monday (10.30am-12noon) at Canolfan John Burns Centre, Carmarthen Road, Kidwelly. Every session is specifical­ly aimed to stimulate the brain in a fun and non-threatenin­g way. Refreshmen­ts are included in the cost of £5 for service users and £1 for carers/family members. Exhibition Trinity Methodist Church’s annual art and craft exhibition will be held at the church from Saturday, July 23, to Saturday, August 6. It will be open on Saturdays and Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm and between 2pm and 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Admission: Adults £2.50, Concession­s £1.50 and under-12s free admission.
