Glass is still half full for the Brexiteers

-

THE Londoner headed to Mark’s Club last night, where PR chief Lord Bell hosted a Glass Half Full party in honour of the forthcoming triggering of Brexit. It was something of a Leave crowd, with Jacob Rees-Mogg and Nadine Dorries in the throng, but Bell’s speech divided the room.

He mentioned talking to Liam Fox, a university peer of Nicola Sturgeon’s, who revealed that they used to call her seaweed as “not even the tide would take her out”.

“We’re going to need to work on that diversity training,” surprise guest Cherie Blair rightly interjected. She was seen holding court with Lord Ashcroft. Maybe Brexit did bring people together after all.
