Trump ban ‘offers UK student fillip’

DONALD Trump’s travel ban could encourage Middle Eastern students to head to the UK instead of the US, a partner at landlord GCP Student Living said today. Tom Ward said his firm could benefit in London if more international students flock here, with even more demand for student digs. Rental income rose to £13 million in 2016 from £9 million a year earlier.
