Beacon Road to be closed

A MAIN road in Loughborough is to be closed for up to three days to allow a variety of work to be carried out.

Beacon Road, is to be closed outside of properties 40 to 58 from 8am on April 10, 2017, for up to three days.

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to the temporary closure of the road to allow William Davis Homes to safely undertake resurfacing, white lining, and installation of speed cushions.

During the closure, the alternative diversion route will be via: Epinal Way, Forest Road, Browns Lane, Park Road.
