Table service at McDonald’s

TABLE service and digital self-order kiosks have been introduced at McDonald’s in Loughborough’s Market Place.

The new services are part of a major investment into the restaurant which also includes a redesign and increased technology in the kitchen.

McDonald’s franchisee Andy Rhodes said: “All of the new features have been introduced so that we can meet our customers evolving needs and table service is a great example of that.

“It’s taken our customer service to the next level and our people and customers are have really embraced it.”
