In the courts
As well as our journalists covering the courts, we also regularly publish the court registers from local magistrates. The reporting of results from the courts is an important role for weekly newspapers, showing justice being seen to be done and it is a role we intend to uphold and expand. The court results themselves are a matter of public interest and are in the public domain.
