Society meeting
THE Leicestershire and Rutland Family History Society, Loughborough Group is playing host to a talk entitled The Great Plague, by Sally Henshaw.
The event is on Tuesday, March 21, and meetings take place at All Saints Church Hall, Thorpe Acre Road, Loughborough LE11 4NF.
Car parking is conveniently located and there is easy access for wheelchair users.
Visitors are welcome to come along to any of the meetings as a taster before joining the group.
Doors are open from 6.45pm and the talk starts at 7.30pm.
Tea and coffee will be available plus a selection of the Society’s CDs, local historical maps and other items of interest to local family historians which members and visitors may like to browse.
