Ceramics in town

ON SUNDAY, May 14, Ceramics in Charnwood will be returning to Loughborough for the seventh year.

Residents are invited to meet more than 60 of the finest potters and ceramic artists from the East Midlands and beyond, selling their work in Loughborough Market Place.

Children can have a go throwing a pot on the wheel with teacher Jo Keogh and a charity stall will be selling ‘comforting cups’ made and donated by the potters in aid of Macmillan and Cancer Research.

Admission is free and the event runs from 10am4pm.
