4D cinema launched at Conkers tourist attraction

-

VISITORS to Conkers can take part in a revolutionary cinematic experience - as one of the first 4D cinemas in the Midlands has opened at the tourist attraction.

The 80-seat 4D cinema will show films that will stimulate all five senses and the first film to be shown will be ‘Little Ants Adventure’. Entrance to the cinema is included in the price of admission.

In Little Ants Adventure, families will ‘meet great friends, Qin and Ding as they try to fly and end up hurtling through the forest using a leaf as their mode of transport’. Cinema-goers will ‘follow them as they slalom through the branches and swim through the river on a rollercoaster journey, brushing with nature at its best’.

Chris Sturdy, regional operations manager at Conkers said: “Conkers is famous for its outdoor activities such as the Hi and Lo Ropes course and Barefoot Walk, but the opening of the new 4D cinema will provide a fantastic indoor experience for our visitors. The films will get people using all of their senses for a really unique cinematic experience.”
