Rave at Donington

FIVE thousand people attended a “socially acceptable” rave at Castle Donington.

Ravers were generally well behaved according to police at the event, however several arrests were made for drug related offences.

However this could have been the one and only time the Exhibition Centre played host to the rave as the organisers said that the restrictions on noise levels meant the sound system was a disappointment and customers weren’t getting what they wanted.
