Quorn Weavels remain top of Division 2 but made hard work of beating bottom team Brush Peregrines at Nanpantan 53-49 (5-3) allowing Syston White Plum to close the gap to two points after their 78-25 (8-0) win over Brush Hawks. Belgrave Cygnets picked up a surprise win at Holt drive against Greenfield Badgers the 58-42 (6-2) score lifting them away from the relegation area. Thringstone Woodpeckers and Sileby Saints shared the points in a close game, the Woodies winning the match 48-43 (4-4).

Rothley Crusaders lifted themselves off the foot of Division 3 with an emphatic 77-25 (8-0) victory over Soar Valley Merlins who now find themselves propping up the table after Phoenix Kingfishers had a surprising away win against league leaders Kegworth with both teams sharing the points 48-42 (4-4). Soar Valley Avons continue to chase down Kegworth and their 56-36 (7-1) defeat of Birstall Sands takes them to within three points of the leaders.

Sileby Swallows return to the top of Division 4 after last week’s leaders Belgrave Ringers were held to a 40-37 (4-4) score at home to Soar Valley Conways. Swallows had a tough encounter at Wymeswold Steamers but returned home with a comfortable 52-43 (8-0) victory under their belts. There were big wins for Sutton Bonington Riversiders and Syston Green & Royals, the Riversiders defeating Fosseway Romans 65-33 (8-0) at Landcroft Lane whilst the Green & Royals had a fruitful day at Shepshed Lambs, winning 48-34 (8-0).

The clash of the top two in Division 2 between Sutton Bonington and Syston Fosseway went the way of the visitors 64-61 (6-4) extending the Fosse lead to fourteen points over East Leake Willows who following their 86-43 (10-0) win at Quorn Millers move up to second place.

A tight game at Sileby saw home team Swifts just lose out to Kegworth 65-66 (4-6). Rothley Knights did Phoenix Flyers a big favour, beating Soar Valley 58-48 (8-2) a result that leaves the Flyers who were without a game, two points clear at the top of Division 4 with a game in hand whilst Shepshed South replace Soar Valley Valoars at the bottom after the game at Mountsorrel between the two ended in favour of Valoars 69-66 (8-2).
