Dynamo 2017/18 fixtures unveiled

LOUGHBOROUGH Dynamo’s league fixtures for the 2017-18 Evo-Stik League Division One South have been released.

Dynamo kick off on Saturday August 12 by hosting Bedworth United at the Nanpantan Sports Ground. The first away fixture of the season is next, when Dynamo travel to Sheffield FC on Tuesday August 15.

Saturday August 19 sees the Preliminary Round of the Emirates FA Cup and a trip to Leicestershire rivals to face the winner of the Oadby Town v St Andrews Extra Preliminary Round tie .

Bank Holiday fixtures start with a home encounter against Leek Town on Saturday, August 26, before travelling to Basford United on Bank Holiday Monday, August 28.

The Christmas/New Year period finds Dynamo home to Sheffield FC on Saturday December 23, then on Boxing Day, Tuesday December 26, Dynamo travel to Gresley FC. Dynamo close their footballing year with a visit Leek Town on Saturday December 30, before opening 2018 with a home fixture on New Year’s Day, Monday January 1, against Basford United.

The Easter weekend sees Dynamo travel to Spalding United on Saturday, March 31 then face Gresley at home on Easter Monday, April 2.

The season closes with a home fixture against Newcastle Town on Saturday April 21, before the final match of the league season, an away encounter against divisional newcomers Alvechurch on Saturday April 28.
