Double decker cafe parks up at Outwoods
A popular double decker bus café has pulled in to serve customers at the Outwoods in Loughborough.
The Loughborough beauty spot has welcomed the Ella Louise double decker bus café, run by Peppercorns catering which has shops in Anstey and Barrow-upon-Soar, as well as Abbey Park in Leicester.
The café can seat up to 35 people upstairs and will be open every weekend at the Outwoods.
Coun Hilary Fryer, lead member for open spaces and leisure services and chair of the Outwoods management committee, said: “The woodland is extremely popular with residents and we hope they will enjoy everything this different and novel café has to offer.”
Cathy Cliffe, managing director of Peppercorn Catering, said: “The bus is a bit different and people quite enjoy sitting upstairs with a cuppa and a bite to eat. Now they’ll be able to do that while overlooking the beautiful Outwoods.”
