Clarification

IN LAST week’s paper the Echo published an article about Loughborough in Bloom being awarded Gold at the East Midlands in Bloom competition. The Echo stated during a visit judges got to see 30 new planters put in place along the Loughborough inner relief road, courtesy of the borough council. The planters are in fact courtesy of the borough council’s waste contractor Serco. The Echo would like to apologise for any confusion or upset caused.
