Awards shortlist

THE Kegworth-based charity retail operation of the Air Ambulance Service has been shortlisted for a prestigious prize for their use of technology in the 2017 Charity Retail Awards.

The charity, which operates the national Children’s Air Ambulance and the local air ambulance services for Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland, uses e-commerce software to maximise the value of goods they sell on Amazon. Since going live in July 2016, £156,000 of books, DVDs, CDs, videos and toys have been sold to 25,000 customers in Europe and UK.
