Firefighters stage annual open day
FOOD stands, live music and an insight into what it is like to be in a burning building. Loughborough Fire Station held its fun and informative open day earlier this month.
On Sunday, September 10, residents flocked to enjoy demonstrations and learn more about road and fire safety at the station in Epinal Way.
There were informative stalls that told of what it is like to be in a burning building and in a car crash and a number of demonstrations.
A spokesperson said: “Thanks for coming to the Loughborough Fire Station Open Day 2017, you made it the best one yet!”
