The event is set to take place at Loughborough Leisure Centre on Sunday, October 22 from 11am till 5pm.

The first batch of guests were announced in October last year, and now more have been added to the list.

Stars from Game of Thrones, Kerry Ingram, Clive Russell, Aimee Richardson and Ross Mullan will all be appearing.

Kerry is probably best known for her role as Stannis Baratheon’s ill-fated daughter Princess Shireen, while Ross Mullan was the original White Walkers in the TV series and has also appeared in Doctor Who and Clash of the Titans.

Whilst Aimee is sure to be recognised as one of the Baratheon children, Myrcella Baratheon in the HBO series.

One of the most well known guests to appear is Josh Herdman.

Josh played Gregory Goyle - one of Draco Malfoy’s henchmen in all eight Harry Potter movies.

Other guests include actress Juliet Aubrey well known for her part in Primeval, and she will be appearing alongside fellow Primeval stars Hannah Spearitt and Andrew Lee Potts.

Hannah was a former member of S Club 7, but sci-fi fans will know her best for playing Abby Maitland in the former ITV series.

Mark Dexter from Ripper Street and Red Dwarf will be there to sign autographs, and Paul Bazely, who you may recognize as Troy from the ITV show Benidorm will be making his first comic-con appearance in Loughborough.

Another guest that must not be forgotten is Sophie Aldred who was companion to the seventh Doctor Who, Sylvester McCoy throughout the 1980s.

Actress CJ Gutteridge will be a guest at Lougborough, and CJ most recently portrayed Holmes’s mother during flashbacks in the last series of Sherlock.

There will be a host of other guests and stars there on the day too and prices for autogrpahs from the stars start at £10 and photographs with them start at £15.

And that won’t be it! - Popular cosplay guests including Chiquitita Cosplay, Tasha Cosplay UK and Eremgee will also be at the event.

Event organiser and American film fan Paul Waidley told the Echo: “It is going to be a fantastic day and I can’t wait to see everyone come together for it. It is really exciting and I think that we have a real great bunch of guys coming along, and I just can’t wait for it all to happen now.”
