Schedules for the Remembrance Day parades
THE schedules for this year’s Remembrance Day parades this Sunday have been revealed. The events in Charnwood and North West Leicestershire are:
• Barrow-upon-Soar Remembrance
Day Parade 9.15am-9.30am and 10.45am-11am; Beveridge Street, Church Street, High Street, South Street and Melton Road. • Birstall Remembrance Day Parade
11.30am–noon; Front Street, Birstall Road from Front Street and Church Hill.
• Loughborough Remembrance Day Parade 10am–noon; Burton Walks, Victoria Street, Bedford Street,
Bedford Square, Woodgate, South Street, Cattle Market and Beehive Lane.
• Mountsorrel Remembrance Day
Parade 2.30pm–3pm and 3.45pm4pm; The Green, Leicester Road, Buttermarket, Market Place. • Quorn Remembrance Day Parade
10.45am–11.30am; Station Road, High Street, Meeting Street and Leicester Road.
• Rothley Remembrance Day Parade 11.30am–11.40am; Mountsorrel Lane and Cross Green. • Shepshed Remembrance Day
Parade 2.45pm–3.15pm; Lambert Avenue, Charnwood Road, Bull Ring and Field Street. • Swithland Remembrance Day Service 10.45am-11.10am; Main Street will be closed for a Remembrance Day Service.

Day Parade 10.10am–10.30am and 11.05am-11.45am; Church Hill, Main Street, Maplewell Road and School

Parade 11.35am–11.50am; School Lane and Brand Lane. • Wymeswold Remembrance Day
Parade 10.30am–10.45am; Burton Lane, Hoton Road, London Lane, Far Street and The Stockwell.
• Castle Donington Remembrance
Day Parade 10.30am–11.30am; The Barroon, Clapgun Street, Dovecote, Delven Lane, High Street, Market Street, Borough Street and The Hollow.
• Hemington Remembrance Day Parade 11.45am–12.15pm; Main Street and Church Lane. • Kegworth Remembrance Day
Parade 10.30am–11am; A6, Nottingham Road, Market Place. • Long Whatton Remembrance Day
Parade 10.50am–11.10am; The Green from the junction at Mill Lane to the boundaries of the churchyard. • Whitwick Remembrance Day
Parade 2pm–4pm; Silver Street from the Hermitage Leisure Centre, Market Place and back to the Hermitage Leisure Centre after the service.
