GREENHILL YC travelled to second placed East Leake FC in the East Goscote Plumbers Premier and it was Greenhill YC who came away with the points as they brushed aside East Leake 6-1 to move top of the table with Wymeswold losing for the second week in a row, Jamain Nelson (2), James Armstrong, Karl Harratt, Tyler Dunlop and Billy Snaith with the Greenhill goals, Jake Richardson replying for East Leake. Wymeswold FC lost 2-1 at home to Cossington Saints, Kane Laird and Ben Walton for the Saints, Linford Harris for Wymeswold. Sporting Markfield won 2-0 at home against Mountsorre­l Amateurs, Jon Lever and Levi Knight with the Markfield goals. A Dave Kendrick goal gave Thringston­e MW a 1-0 win away at Rothley Imperial while Sutton Bonington Academical­s drew 1-1 with Sutton Bonington, Jake Popalowski for the Accies, Jack Tormey scoring from the penalty spot for Sutton Bonington.
